BOTH PLAYER AND PARENT ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND REGISTRATION (unless a player is 18 years of age).

High School fee's must be paid in full at time of registration

High school players registration fees depend on where the team is in the division.  From $265.00 to $285.00.

Second player for a family receives (20% discount)

Third player for a family receives (50% discount)

What to bring to registration:

• Bring a photo (head shot) of the player - passport style photo
• Bring a birth certificate COPY if they are new to TSA
• Bring full payment
• Immunization date for tetanus shot
• Doctors phone information

Player Assistance forms are available online.  All applications must be turned into the office prior to registration.
