BOTH PLAYER AND PARENT ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND REGISTRATION (unless a player is 18 years of age).

Fee's are requested be paid in full at time of registration

Players registration fees* range from $265 to $290 for high school age players and $490 to $550 for other age players depending on the CYS division the team is placed in. Uniform fees start at $95 per player in addition to registration fees.

Additional player(s) for a family receive 20% discount

What to bring to registration:

Bring a photo (head shot) of the player - 1" x 1 1/2" passport style photo
Bring a birth certificate COPY if they are new to TSA
Bring full payment *
Immunization date for tetanus shot
Doctors phone information

* Player Assistance forms are available online. All applications must be turned into the office prior to registration.download form.
